Recipe to invite friends, we cook some spicy chicken wings in Thermomix® for 10 people. You'll see how simple.

  • For wings for 10 people:
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 fresh green or red chillies or 4 cayenas failing
  • 60 gr of butter
  • 2 kilos of chicken wings separated into two pieces each, I recommend the SADA® Cuk Chicken, are the most juicy.
  • 50 ml of whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of Perrins® Worcestershire sauce
  • 150 gr of ketchup
  • 100 ml of water for the sauce
  • 700 ml of steam cooking water
  • You will need to:
  • Roasting bag
  • Oven plate
Steps to follow
  1. Put in the glass the garlic and chillies and itches 3 seconds in speed 7. Lower the remains of the walls.

  5. Rinse the glass and add 600 ml of water. Put the Varoma in position and cook 20 minutes, Varoma, spoon speed. When time is up flip the bags to cook on the other side, cover again and cook others 20 minutes, Varoma, spoon speed.
  6. Preheat the oven to maximum, 250ºC. Prepare a Baking tray and put the wings without the sauce that has been left in the bags that we will pass to empty glass of the Thermomix®. Cook the wings about 25-30 minutes -10-15 on each side- until golden brown.
  7. The sauce that we have put in the glass we will reduce it 5 minutes, Varoma, speed 1. Serve the wings and use the spicy concentrated sauce.
