How rich is it please! The other day I made this scroll and how to explain it ??? Its flavor reminds of meatballs mixed with pizza, it is soooo good. I don't tell you more ... just do it. You are going to be happy.
Chicken Pizza Roll
Time of realization 1h 15 min
For the filling:
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 sprigs fresh parsley (leaves only)
400 gr of seasoned chicken breast
15 gr of extra virgin olive oil
50 gr of breadcrumbs
4 slices of bacon
150 gr grated cheese
Ingredients for the dough:
120 gr of water
1 pinch of sugar
15 gr of oil
15gr of fresh pressed baker's yeast
250 gr of flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1.- Put the garlic and parsley in the glass and chop 5 seconds at speed 7.
2.- Add the chicken breast into pieces and shred 5 seconds at speed 6.
3.- Incorporate the oil and saute 3 minutes, temperature varoma, speed 1.
4.- Add the egg and breadcrumbs, and mix 10 seconds in speed 5.Remove from the vessel and form a cylinder 30 cm long approx. Reserve.
5.- Rinse the glass and put the water, sugar and oil.Program 30 seconds, 37º, speed 1.
6.- Add the yeast and mixr 4 seconds in speed 3.
7.- Incorporate the flour and salt and knead 1 minute, closed cup, spike speed.
8.- Remove the dough from the glass and knead lightly on a surface sprinkled with flour. Shape rectangular and extend with a roller until you get a rectangle of 30 x 40 approx.
9.- Place the slices of bacon, grated cheese and the reserved meat cylinder on the dough. Wrap with the dough and put the ends in. Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let stand in a temperate site until double its volume.
10.- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
11.- Make 2 or 3 cuts in the dough, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with oregano and paprika. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
12.- Remove from the oven, allow to warm and cut into slices.
Note: The ideal combination is to serve with salad. It can be served cold.
