Making a Spanish omelette has never been so fast. You won't even need the Thermomix ®. Beat some eggs, soak your bag fries and the pan.

Ingredients
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 gr of HIDA® fried onion (optional)
  • 180 gr of bag fries (I use Bonilla® or La Montaña®)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (optional)
Steps to follow
  1. Put the eggs in the thermomix and beat 15 seconds at speed 4. Pour into a bowl.
  2. Add the onion (optional) and the potatoes little by little, break them with the help of a fork and integrating them into the egg until everything is well mixed.
  3. Let stand a little, not too much, so that the potato is not too soft, but that the egg is integrated.
  4. In a nonstick skillet, pour a drop of oil. When it's hot, pour all the potato tortilla mixture. Let it set by that side.
  5. Turn it over with the help of a plate, smooth lid or a special dish to flip tortillas. Curd on the other side, ready.
Notes:
- To me the french fries The ones I like the most are the "Bonilla", those of "La Montaña" are good, although you can use the ones you want.
- Fried onion from Hida I use it from time to time to throw in pizzas or in express recipes like this. It is quite good.
- The egg shake can be done perfectly by hand in your bowl with the help of a simple fork.
